Over six weeks, you’ll explore yoga as a powerful tool for resilience—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Each class combines accessible movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you: Build physical strength and stability Calm the nervous system and reduce stress Improve focus, balance, and energy Reconnect with your body and inner sense of calm Whether you're new to yoga or returning to the mat, this course meets you where you are—with modifications, guidance, and space to grow at your own pace.
